We first began working together a number of years ago when we were in the process of training. We found that we held a number of values in common especially around personal development and training especially in the areas of diversity and sustainability.
We see our own development as being a vital foundation stone within our training and consultancy work because we believe our work is only as good as our own development. In our coaching and training we make the distinction between external processes and models and internal processes and models. While the former has short-term effects, the latter is far more important and creates sustainable long-term effects thus satisfying one of our main outcomes for our work.
